- On Nov. 23rd, the European Parliament will discuss a total ban on smoking, which would allow a total ban on the use of all tobacco products, including vapes and heated tobacco products, in certain public places. Read more

The United Kingdom
- On Nov. 26th, the British Parliament's lower house approves The Tobacco and Vapes Bill. It would ban vape advertising and the sale of vapes in vending machines, as well as restricting vape packaging and flavours that overtly appeal to children and young people. Read more
- On Nov. 26th, more than a million illicit vapes were seized in England by trading standards in 2023-24, a 59% increase on the previous year. The products failed to meet basic UK safety standards, with most containing excessive nicotine levels, a National Trading Standards (NTS) report said. Read more
